The Annual Graduation Fashion Show 2025 unveiled outfits created by 24 talented students from Fashion Design, Knitwear Design, Contour Fashion and Activewear.

It is with immense pride and profound honour that I welcome you to the PolyU Fashion Show 2025 — a beacon of creativity illuminating Hong Kong’s vibrant fashion landscape. On 25 June, we gather not merely to observe, but to witness the crystallisation of passion, innovation, and artistry as our graduating students unveil their visionary talents on this illustrious stage. 

This year’s showcase presents 24 extraordinary collections, a symphony of ingenuity from the brilliant minds of our BA (Hons) Scheme in Fashion and Textiles. Among them, eight avant-garde fashion designers, eight pioneering knitwear designers, and eight trailblazers in Contour Fashion and Activewear will redefine boundaries, blending tradition with tomorrow’s possibilities. Each ensemble is a narrative — a dialogue between heritage and futurism, crafted with technical mastery and poetic imagination. 

As the epicenter of sartorial education in Asia, the School of Fashion and Textiles at PolyU stands as a testament to the transformative power of creativity. We cultivate not just designers, but architects of culture, equipping them with a global perspective and the audacity to challenge conventions. Our commitment is embodied in state-of-the-art ateliers, cutting-edge research laboratories, and a revered faculty whose mentorship transcends pedagogy to inspire artistic alchemy. Here, students evolve into work-ready innovators, armed with specialised expertise and the ability to harness emerging technologies — qualities that render our graduates coveted by industry leaders worldwide. This year’s collections are more than garments; they are manifestos of identity. 

Each stitch, silhouette, and texture reflects a synthesis of knowledge, skill, and cultural introspection. These young creators do not merely design — they interrogate, reimagine, and redefine the zeitgeist. Their work is a testament to the resilience of individuality in an era of homogenisation, proving that true artistry lies in the courage to be unapologetically unique. This spectacle, however, is not just the labour of solitary. It is a collective output, woven by the unwavering support of our endearing community.
