Congratulations to the DES AI Interest Group students from the School of Design at Temasek

Polytechnic, as well as our talented Hong Kong designers Elmer Ho and Liz Mak, and my

dedicated PhD students Zhu Jia Yu and Zhu Shu Min. Together, we are leveraging our innovative

AI-based interactive design assistant, AiDA, to enhance motif ideation and accelerate the

development of fashion collections. It’s truly inspiring to witness the synergy again between

human creativity and AI technology.

A special thank you to Elaine Ho, Director of the School of Design at Temasek Polytechnic, for

delivering a welcome speech alongside me, and to Vani Rajandran, Deputy Director of the

School of Design, for officially launching the exhibition. And of course thanks Yah Hoon, for

initiating this partnership and introducing the collaboration with me
