We cordially invite you to join us at the upcoming "WEaR Artists" exhibition, where we celebrate how our talented creators have transformed imagination into stunning fashion narratives through dedication, needlework, and textile craft.

This exhibition marks a major milestone for the "WEaR Artists" incubation program, organized by the School of Fashion and Textiles at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and funded by the Social Welfare Department. Building on our commitment to creating inclusive and enriching artistic experiences for persons with disabilities (PWDs), this showcase highlights deep cross-sector collaborations with prominent fashion brands Messy Thing Store and Wilsonkaki.

Through these collaborations, our artists' imaginative paintings were creatively brought to life by Messy Thing Store as one-of-a-kind plush dolls, while Wilsonkaki worked with raw materials like gift-wrapping raffia to transform our artists' intricate textures into fashion staples such as caps, tote bags, T-shirts, and pins.

These exceptional works showcase the mastery of advanced textile techniques—including needle punching, tufting, and macramé craft—while embodying our core mission: empowering PWDs to play an active, central role in inclusive arts engagement and community interaction.
