Youreable Fashion Design is an event for the disabled people to demonstrate their design talent by designing a garment to their loved ones. It consists of three stages, Design Workshop, Garment Making process and Award Presentation. This is organized by Troels H Povlsen Care Apparel Center (CAC) under the Institute of Textile & Clothing of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) and co-organized by Caritas Hong Kong Service for the Elderly, Direction Association for the Handicapped, Hong Kong Federation of Handicapped Youth, SAHK, Shine Skills Centre of VTC, St. James' Settlement, and the Neighborhood Advice Action Council.

PolyU students take part to provide assistance and skills for the participants to produce the products from the designs. An exhibition will be held for displaying the selected designs of the disabled people.
