A parallel Universe means the hypothetical set of multiple possible universes. As it means, the collection combines Futurism and Elegance of fashion trend.  My project tells a story of a woman living in present world and concurrently living in the future – parallel universes. She projects a mysterious energy from those parallel universes, which are both illusion and reality with no beginning or end like a maze.

In order to express the world of both illusion and reality, I chose to use materials with prints including jerseys, powernets and chiffons in a range of jewel colour tones including reds, purple, green and black.

I intend to apply a design concept which can be analyzed differently based on each individual’s experience, outlook and viewpoint.

This exhibition is composed of 15 outfits of both outerwear and innerwear.
